Bravo finally has a new Housewives franchise, and Rhode Island delivers one of the strongest first seasons the franchise has had in years. The cast is chaotic, opinionated, messy, and completely unafraid to get involved in each other's lives. From family drama to friendship betrayals, there is always something happening.
What makes this season especially interesting is watching these women navigate reality TV while knowing every aspect of their lives is being exposed. One of the biggest storylines centers around rumors of a husband's infidelity, and seeing how it unfolds in front of cameras adds another layer of drama to the show.
Why I Recommend It
I honestly think this is one of the best first seasons Bravo has produced in years. Every single woman brings something different to the show, and none of them seem afraid of creating chaos. What I found most interesting is watching people willingly sign up for reality TV knowing that every part of their lives is about to be exposed. One of the biggest storylines revolves around rumors that one of the husbands is cheating, and seeing that play out while cameras are rolling makes for great reality television.
If you're a Housewives fan, this feels like the early seasons of the franchise when the drama felt more natural and less produced. The cast has genuine connections, real issues, and plenty of opinions, which is exactly what makes a great Housewives season.
