If you're looking for a crime thriller packed with shocking twists, I Will Find You is one of Harlan Coben's best Netflix adaptations. The series follows David Burroughs, a father serving a life sentence for supposedly murdering his young son. Everything changes when a photo surfaces five years later showing a boy with the exact same birthmark as his son, forcing David to question everything he thought was true.
As David searches for answers, long-buried secrets begin to unravel. Every episode introduces new suspects, hidden motives, and unexpected revelations, making this an addictive mystery that keeps you guessing until the very end.
Why I Recommend It
I've always been a fan of Harlan Coben because no one writes plot twists quite like he does. Even when you think you've figured everything out, he somehow manages to surprise you. While some of his recent Netflix adaptations didn't completely work for me, I Will Find You reminded me why I enjoy his stories so much. It's easily one of his strongest adaptations.
What makes this series so entertaining is that every answer leads to another question. Just when you think you know who is behind everything, the story takes another unexpected turn. At only eight episodes and around five and a half hours total, it's also a perfect weekend binge.
